The T6804 MFAC/DC Inverter Resistance Weld Control is among a family of resistance weld controls designed for industry. The technology was developed from MFDC and was applied to conventional AC equipment.

The Sensotec WeldProbe Force Calibrator was added to help us monitor the weld pressure consistency throughout production:

• Measures actual force applied by spot weld electrodes
• Helps to monitor consistency of weld pressure
• Force ranges to 10,000 lbs.
• NIST traceable accuracy 0.5

The Dillon Quantrol DTM Testing Machine allows us to perform pull tests to ensure proper penetration on all spot welds:

• Manually operated, bench top testing machine system
• Performs pull tests to measure at what force a weld will fail
• Helps to determine the optimal weld penetration to ensure proper spot weld adjustment
• Configured with mechanical dynamometer readout
