Stainless Steel Baskets

These custom stainless steel baskets are for for ultrasonic cleaning systems. Most of these baskets are 22 and 24 GA stainless steel. The customer required a uniform grain on both the inside and outside surfaces. The resistance spot welds needed to be nearly invisible and the final part completely clean with no visible streaking or hazing. Very special handling procedures are followed to meet these customers’ demands.

Stainless Steel Chassis

These chassis are made from pre-plated chrome sheet steel which completely eliminates expensive post polishing and chrome painting. Special forming dies are used to eliminate brake marks in the material.

Computer Parts

These complex stainless steel fabrications are used in high cost, automated machinery used by computer parts manufactures. Extensive hole punching, resistance spot welding, and PEM insertions can create distortions throughout these assemblies. Because of Everhard’s experience in producing complex parts, we overcame these obstacles and produced finished parts that met all print specifications and tolerances.

Deposit Box Front

Made of 14-gauge 304-stainless steel, most of the deposit box components are laser cut for smooth, burr-free edges, then formed on CNC brake presses. Grained finish is applied to components that are then welded together. The stainless steel door is 1/8" thick and swings open for deposit slot access. Everhard began working with stainless steel fabrications more than 30 years ago, working with customers who supplied financial institutions and the food industry. An entire area of our plant is dedicated to grinding and graining these parts.
