Case Studies - PCB Assemblies

Whether it's through-hole, surface-mount, or a combination of mixed technology, PC board assembly is another service offered by Everhard's Electronics Division. Our dedicated surface-mount production line includes screen printing, automatic pick and place component placing, and a solder reflow oven. Optional functional testing or testing using our manufacturing defect analyzer is also available.

A customer went to an overseas vendor to have this high volume PCB assembly made. They had an engineering change to the part and it was too late to change their order with the overseas supplier. All shipments were sent to Everhard and quickly brought up to the latest revision in our PCB assembly plant. This allowed our customer to incorporate some last minute improvements to their product and still meet their production schedule.

These PCB assemblies are waiting to be inserted into a card cage for the complete assembly. Everhard can assemble complete products, with most of the manufacturing performed in-house under our control.
