    Adjustable Monitor Shelf

    The closed circuit monitor (tray assembly shown) consists of three separate 16-gauge punched steel fabrications. Formed hardware is inserted, then they are powder coated. The pieces are then assembled using high impact resistant plastic locking knobs, providing adjustment capabilities in order to obtain the desired field of view.
     

    Drawer SuspensionDrawer Suspension

    Special tooling was developed to fabricate the rails on these drawer suspensions. After this piece was welded and plated, bearings and wheels were staked into place.
